CLIMATE:

April to October is comfortably warm with relatively low humidity. The average daily temperature hovers around 84^oF/27^oC. November to March is warmer and more humid. Tropical rain falls in short bursts, interspersed with periods of brilliant sunshine. The average daily temperature is a constant 92^oF/32^oC.

Rini's Restaurant and Bar is a casual restaurant at the resort. Rini’s Kitchen serves Chinese, Western, Asian and Indonesian Cuisine.

 - Can Cater for Weddings, Graduation Ceremonies, Birthdays and Corporate Functions.

Cooking Lesson
Suly Resort Cooking Lesson conducts cooking classes on Indonesian (but essentially Balinese) food. The participants spend approximately half of each day in the kitchen of the Cooking School. One of the first dishes taught will be the classic “BALI BUNGKUS” or “BALINESE WRAPPING”. The participants learn about the use of the various spices, they will also travel to the local markets and visit a Balinese Compound to experience and learn the Balinese way of living.
The “Mini School” Agenda is as follow:
   ·   07.30 AM - The guest is picked up from his Hotel (for Ubud area).
   ·   08.00 AM - Visiting Traditional Balinese House and Kitchen at Batuan Village.
   ·   Going to the nearest traditional market which sells all items in the recipe such as vegetables, fruits, fish,        meat, etc.
   ·   09.00 AM - Tea / Coffee break.
   ·   09.30 AM - Cooking Class begins. Items to cook: Skewer Spicy Chicken, Skewer Spicy Fish, Spicy Fish Fillet        cooked in Banana Leave.
   ·   12.00 noon - Luncheon: Enjoying their own “Bali Bungkus”.
   ·   01.00pm - Drop off to their Hotel (for Ubud area)

Baby Center and Maid Services:

Childcare service is provided at the hotel. Parents will be able to go out by themselves and still be assured that their children will be well taken care of. Please enquire at the front office for service rates.

CHECK IN / OUT PROCEDURE:

Check in time is 12.00noon. Our Resort will try to accommodate early arrivals in the first available rooms. Check out time is 12.00noon. Late check out up to02.00p.m. is  FOC and subject to room availability.

CHILDREN POLICY:

No charge for a child under 12 years of age when occupying same room with parents and using existing bedding.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITY AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTER:

Acquire unique Balinese creations of oil paintings and wood sculptures by famous artistes. Purchase community souvenirs of traditional pottery, textiles, coconut leaf products, painted eggs and lovely kites created by children and seniors of our village, ages ranging from 7 to 70 years in our daily activities on our premises. Also home-made goods, made from coconut wood, clay, cinnamon and coconut shells such as ceramic bath foam holder and coconut shell bath soap holder, tissue box etc are available at reasonable prices.

Courier service of documents or parcel can be arranged through Front Office.

Our Guest Relations staffs will assist you with information about our Resort's facilities, programs, activities; information about interesting place to visit in and around Bali and information about Resort’s Tour Packages.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL:

The spacious tropical garden consists of tropical flowers and plants, fruit plants, vegetable plants and local spice plants and beautiful birds fly around the garden and in the aviary. The sounds of birds singing in the morning and tropical insect in the evening bring us a romantic tropical atmosphere. The sound of water flowing from the fishpond filled with tropical fish adds color to the surroundings.
The swimming pool has a scenic view of the rice fields.

HIGH SEASON AND PEAK SEASON POLICY:

A High season supplement of US$ 10,00 of during from 15^th July until 15^th September and 24^th December until 5^th January.

LAUNDRY:

Our Laundry operates 7 days a week. Some day service available for collection before 10.00am. Items received after 10.00am will be delivered the next day. Pressing is available until 7.00pm. Express service is available on request at ”100%” surcharge.

The Melati Spa program, will offer you an extensive variety of services for total relaxation and beautification.

  Combining the pleasure and beauty treatment, have a body massage followed by traditional Javanese
  herbal & spice body scrub & bath, complete with manicure & pedicure.

Massage services outside the Hotel, can be arranged through the Front Office.

MEETING FACILITIES:

Suly Resort is an ideal location for executive retreats and discerning incentive groups. Comfortable seating for up to 100 people is available for Conference, Seminars and Meetings in the Resort. Our audiovisual equipment includes slide and overhead projectors; screens and built in sound systems.

NO SHOW or CANCELLATION POLICY:

If any confirmed guest reservation is cancelled, the Hotel must receive a written notice from the Agent Company at least 7 days prior to the guests/groups schedule arrival. Cancellation fee will be automatically charged to your account if the written notice is not received within the stipulated period.

The Rooming List must be received 14 days prior to the group arrival. In the event that the guest  ‘No-Shows’, the Deposit will be forfeited automatically or will be charged at the rate of the first night's total rooms reservation.

SHUTTLE TO UBUD:

A Shuttle service is provided six times daily to pick up guests to and from Ubud. Free Shuttle special to and from Ubud area star from 09:00 am - 21:00 pm. Please contact Front Office for details of shuttle service.

TRANSPORTATION:

Rental services of self-drive or chauffeur-driven vehicles can be arranged through the Front Office.
