Bar
Counter :
Enjoy your favorite cocktail or afternoon tea at the Bar Counter. The
Bar Counter opens from 11.00am to 11.00pm daily.

Cooking School :
Suly Resort Cooking School is conducted and focuses on Indonesian (but essentially
Balinese) food. The format of the Cooking School is that the
participant spend approximately half of each day in the kitchen, the
dishes taught will be the classic "BALI BUNGKUS - BALI
WRAPPING". Likewise on the day that the participants learn about
the use various spices that will also travel to the local markets and
visit a Balinese Compound to experience & learn Balinese way of
living.
The "Mini School" Agenda is follow :
- 06:00 am
~Early Market Tour Sukawati Market
- 08:00 am
~Visiting the Balinese traditional house and kitchen at Batuan
village, a place of unique sights. Going to the nearest
traditional market for vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, etc. The
guide will explain the food and spices and the way of selling and
bargaining price, and interaction of the people in the market.
- 09:00 am
~Tea/Coffee Break.
- 09:30 am
~Cooking Class. Our Cook will lead the guests to do the Cooking
and give participants hands-on lesson in cooking the dishes. Items
to Cook: Skewer Spicy Chicken, Skewer Spicy Fish, Spicy Fish
Fillet in Banana Leaf.
- 12:00 am
~LUNCHEON: Enjoying their own "Bali Bungkus". They can
taste all the food for Luncheon.
